The 14. of October, "the Ping!4 Social Club All Stars", formed by very talented musicians who atended the festival with support of mallorquinian colleges, all under the supervision of 1605munro, formed an laptop orchestra which performed an special version of "PANAMERICANA"

Andrés G. Jankowski a.k.a. 1605munro will offer a laptop-orchestra workshop at the next Ping4! Festival, which will be held as usual at the SaTaronja Art Center, in Andratx, Mallorca, Spain.
The confirmed dates are: 11 - 14 October 2007.

1605munro will give also a short solo performance the last day of the festival.

"lathyrus" is a structured, improvisatory, game-like piece modeled much like the choose-your-adventure books.
The ensemble travels down various 'musical paths' in search of a suitable ending. Multiple endings are possible.
Some may be expected, others sudden, and still others may be at times undesireable if not dangerous. The performers self-organize, interrupting the navigation of the score, until agreeing upon a path. Each musical choice is negotiated, a balance between coherence and surprise.

Paula Matthusen is a composer of acoustic and electroacoustic music based currently in Brooklyn, NY. Her work often considers discrepancies in musical space–real, imagined, and remembered. Her music has been performed by Alarm Will Sound, International Contemporary Ensemble (ICE), orkest de ereprijs, Ballett Frankfurt, noranewdanceco, Kathryn Woodard, Diesel Lounge Boys, and Jody Redhage. She performs frequently with the electroacoustic duo ouisaudei, Groundwave New Music Collective, xObject Collection, and recently, winter company.

Festival ''SYNTHESE'' 2007.

The 4. of June, PSEME member Andrés Jankowski´s Ardepanamericana was played at the Institut International de Musique Electroacoustique de Bourges as part of the CIME (Internationale Confederation de Musique Electroacoustique) concert series.

This year the Festival celebrated, the 50th Anniversary of Polish Electronic Music.

Friend and long-time 1605munro/Santos Luminosos collaborator Alan Courtis (Reynols) visited Berlin as part of his World-Tour.
He gave me a copy of TAPE WORKS, where he deconstructs on Track Nr. 3 "Rastrillo Termotanque" some Santos Luminosos recordings from "Leuchtende Heilige", Thanks Alan!.
